Delicious, especially not too cute and really nice people

Today we hiked to the Palatinate Ice Cream Cafe full of positive expectations. When we arrived we were quite disappointed at first. Only street sales, no tables. Somehow escaped us as holiday guests. I especially hit the signs very badly. Pure barracks tone. An exclamation mark after each sentence. No "please", and if so then only in connection with exclamation marks .. Wait here! Please behind the window! Go on immediately! Take away only! Mask on! On the well-intentioned advice from my wife that the ice cream card could have been hung up on the stairs downstairs, the waitress replied that there was a QR code hanging there that could be scanned. Everything is there. Firstly, there are still people who don't always have their smartphones "hanging around their necks"; secondly, one cannot expect everyone to want to use their mobile data everywhere, if it could be easier. Thirdly, a pre-selection board could have accelerated the process. Well, I let myself be persuaded after all. Mirabelle tasted like nothing. Blueberry cream was so deeply cold that the flavors couldn't develop at all. Dornfelder was only half a ball in my cup below. Didn't taste like Dornfelder. Pineapple tasted like lemon. No, it wasn't worth the trip. Not at all.

Very tasty homemade ice cream with no additives. Always worth a visit.

Unfortunately, owing to the situation, there was only sales and we had to leave with our ice cream ... but we found a place to eat and it was very, very tasty. We'll be back for such a delicious refreshment in between 👍👍

Since we live here in Pleisweiler, we are often guests and enjoy the best ice cream in Rhineland Palatinate. 😎 The huge selection of different varieties and also more unusual varieties is just great and all delicious. 🍧 My favorite is the wood chopper ice cream. But also the other goodies e.g. fresh waffles with ice cream, cream and fruits are highly recommended. I hope that the café will be able to open again soon and that we can enjoy our ice cream in this beautifully and lovingly furnished café.

My personal favorite ice cream parlor in the Southern Palatinate. The different types of ice cream are all excellent in themselves. My personal favorite is the seasonal grape ice cream. Even if there are customers who criticize self-service, I am convinced of the concept. The popularity can unfortunately be recognized from time to time by the occupancy of the seats. Keep it up !

Great ice cream cafe. Many ice creams also season, e.g. Pumpkin. Big portions and a delicious ice cream. A very nice service at the bar. Games for children and adults. We may come this year again (open until 3.11.2019) or only in March 2020. Best regards.

Lovely, friendly staff, and pretty good waffles and icecream (with fresh, homemade, chemical-free fruit sauces an option). However, it's probably the only place open in the village before 17:00, with no competition in the area !

The ice cream tastes fantastic! Always delicious new varieties and always very difficult to decide. Brilliant that there are also three varieties in a ball, which saves calories and you can try even more ..

Amazingly rich home-made ice-cream! My favourite is the delicious creamy roasted almond ice-cream. For a real full chocolate experience, come to this place! Its wonderful to walk around in the tiny village with it and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

Great ice cream! Definitely try the surprise bag, for 4 € there are 3 large scoops of ice cream with cream and homemade sauce in a huge waffle! There are also unusual varieties such as strawberry basil and vanilla poppy seeds. The trip from Kaiserslautern to the Palatinate Ice Cream Cafe was worth it, also because of the great landscape :)
